The Cadiz On Main Program and various community sponsors are coming together for the inaugural BACK2SCHOOL BASH.
The event will occur Saturday afternoon, August 10th, from Noon to 6:00, at West Cadiz Park. On Main Director Briana Hyde said the event will be free for all of the children in the community.
The community event will also feature a meet and greet with Trigg County’s school resource officers, a hose down from the Cadiz Fire Department, and more.
Sponsors for the event include Traditions Finance, Cadiz-Trigg County Tourism, The Prickly Peach, and Perfect 10 Nails by Rebekah. Hyde added that a new business, McGee Outdoor Solutions, will provide a free lunch to everyone in attendance.
Thanks to Cadiz Baptist Church, those needing assistance getting school supplies can also pick some up during the event.
