A man was charged with possession of drugs on East 4th Street in Hopkinsville Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to check on 50-year-old Edmund Cunningham who was sleeping behind a dumpster and found a bag of meth next to him.
He was arrested and charged with possession of meth second offense.
