Thomas Frank Grace, age 66, of Hopkinsville, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2024, at his home. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with Rev. Ryan Austin officiating and burial to follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West with military honors. Visitation will be at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 20, 2024.
Mr. Grace was born on June 3, 1958, in Germany, the son of the late William and Hilde Schenk Grace. He was a veteran of the US Army. Thomas was a plant operator for Barkley Lake Water Plant in Cadiz. He was a member of South Union Baptist Church. Thomas loved spending time with his family, golfing, and fishing. He enjoyed reading a good mystery and doing puzzles. He was always up for a trip to Belew’s for a burger and shake. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his other mother, Willie Lee Grace.
Survivors include his son, Mike Grace (Kaitlyn) of LaFayette; his daughter, Jennifer Grace of Madisonville; his grandson, Adam Grace of the home; his sister, Angie Coleman (Allen) of Cerulean; his grandchildren, Coleson Grace, Clayton Grace, Ashton Grace, Aaron Ly, and Adrian Ly; his uncle, Donnie Stewart of Cadiz; his aunts, Helga Shelby of Granite City, and Gerlinde Schilm of Germany; many cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family requests that instead of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Kentucky Veteran Cemetery-West in his memory.
