A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs after a traffic stop on Lafayette Road in Christian County Thursday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a vehicle driven by 41-year-old Christopher Worley for a turn signal violation and found him to have active warrants for failure to appear and probation violation.
A law enforcement K9 reportedly alerted on the vehicle and after a search 18 grams of marijuana, a scale, and meth residue were found.
Worley was arrested and charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana, failure to or improper signal, and failure to produce an insurance card.
