A Hopkinsville man was charged after he reportedly fled from law enforcement on a motorcycle Thursday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they attempted to stop a motorcyclist for reckless driving on Fort Campbell Boulevard, and the driver 24-year-old Cody Franklin fled, getting up to speeds of 55 mph.
Franklin reportedly pulled into an apartment complex off Kenwood Drive and tried to hide the motorcycle behind the building but was found by police.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police, reckless driving, failure to maintain required insurance, and improper display of registration plates.
