Two Hopkinsville men charged in connection to a July 4th shooting were indicted by the Christian County Grand Jury Friday.
Delrico McKissick was indicted on charges of complicity to assault, convicted felon in possession of a handgun, two counts of complicity to criminal mischief, and five counts of wanton endangerment.
In a separate indictment, Lamareontez Lewis faces charges of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, two counts of complicity to criminal mischief and five counts of wanton endangerment.
On July 4, the Christian County Sheriff’s deputies reported McKissick and Lewis were involved in a shooting on Plum Street in Ashwood Village. During the incident, deputies said that Lewis was shot in the back while he and McKissick were firing at a house.
The grand jury also indicted Yoandi Perez, of Miami, Florida, on a single charge of first-degree assault from a fight that occurred on July 30 at the Pilot on Pembroke-Oak Grove Road.
Oak Grove Police reported that during the fight a 58-year old man suffered critical machete wounds to his upper body and was flown to a Nashville hospital.
Stacey Willis, of Hopkinsville, was indicted on a single count of fraudulent use of a credit card over $10,000.
Willis is accused of fraudulently using an Alliance Roof and Fence Company credit card for money, goods, or services between August 23, 2020 and October 2, 2020.
