Kentucky Farmers Celebrated During 2nd Farmer Appreciation Day

The Kentucky Department of Agriculture named three Honorary Commissioners, recognized two Friends of Raising Hope, and honored three farm families for their dedication to farm safety during the 2nd annual Farmer Appreciation Day September 18th.

Farmer Appreciation Day was held at Western Kentucky University’s LD Brown Ag Expo Center, with Kentucky Department of Agriculture Safety Director Dale Dobson and Agriculture Jonathon Shell naming Sharon Burton, Alan Watts, and Norma Cohen Honorary Commissioners of Agriculture.
