The Trigg County High School Fellowship of Christian Athletes club hosted See You at The Pole on Wednesday in front of the high school.
FCA Secretary Lydia Redd started off the morning by sharing the verse behind the theme; Timothy chapter 2 verse 1.
After the community joined in song led by McKenna Fisher, FCA President Mari Kate Ricks shared a devotion based on the theme “but first, pray.”
Ricks then shared the importance of parents praying for the students.
She ended her devotional by relating it back to the “but first, pray” theme.
FCA Vice President Riley Shaughnessy ended the morning by praying for the safety of the students, teachers, and community members present.
See You at The Pole was a completely student-led event. FCA members Gavin Kline, Slaton Carter, and others all played an important part in the planning and execution of the morning worship.
