A woman was charged after she reportedly led law enforcement on a high-speed pursuit in Oak Grove Saturday morning.

Kentucky State Police say they attempted to stop a car for no taillights on Fort Campbell Boulevard, and the driver fled, reaching speeds of over 90 mph.

The pursuit reportedly came to an end after the car lost a tire and then ran off the road at the intersection of Fort Campbell Boulevard and Interstate 24.

During the pursuit, the driver reportedly almost hit a Christian County Sheriff’s deputy’s vehicle.

The driver was taken into custody; a full list of her charges and her name have not been released.

State Police were assisted by the Christian County Sheriff’s Office, Hopkinsville Police Department, and the Oak Grove Police Department.
