A wreck on West 7th Street in Hopkinsville sent a man to the hospital Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a truck and van hit head-on in front of the Dollar General, sending both vehicles off the road and the van into a utility pole.
The driver of the van was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for arm injuries.
