A wreck on Country Club Lane in Hopkinsville sent four people to the hospital and led to charges for a Hopkinsville man Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say a truck driven by 34-year-old Alvaro Lopez crossed the center line just past Sherwood Drive and hit an SUV head-on, pushing the SUV off the road and into a utility pole.
Four passengers in the SUV were injured, with three being taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health and the fourth being taken emergency traffic to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville with a head injury.
Lopez was arrested and charged with driving on a DUI suspended license second offense and driving without a license.
