A wreck on US 68 in Cadiz sent a woman to the hospital Friday afternoon.
Cadiz Police say a westbound SUV collided with a second westbound SUV while trying to make a U-turn.
The driver of the first SUV was treated and transported by Trigg County EMS to the hospital for injuries.
The crash happened near the intersection of Rocky Ridge Road.
