A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs after being arrested on a warrant on West 7th Street Friday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they got out with 34-year-old Christopher Aldridge due to him having an active warrant for failure to appear.
During the arrest, he reportedly told them he had drugs in the vehicle and a syringe and suspected meth were located. He was then charged with possession of meth second offense.
