Graveside services for 65-year-old Rosemary Wells Waldrop, of Hopkinsville, will be 1 PM Saturday at Johnson’s Chapel Cemetery.
Lamb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include:
Her husband of 24 years, Terry Waldrop, of Hopkinsville;
Her daughters, Brandy (Bryan) Young, of Wood Heights, Missouri, Brittney Lee, of Hopkinsville;
Her son, Brandon Lee, of Hopkinsville;
Her brother, Anthony Wells, of Madisonville;
Her niece, Brookelynn Wells;
Her nephew, Landen Wells;
And her beloved dogs, Coco and Kona.
Of Adams Avenue, she died of natural causes at her home Wednesday, October 30, 2024.
A native of Hopkinsville, she was born December 19, 1958, the daughter of late Luther Wells and Lucy (McKinney) Wells.
She was a clerk at Christian County Circuit Court Clerk’s office for 13 years. She also previously worked for 30 years at First City Bank, Area Bankshares, and then BB&T.
She was a member of Johnson’s Chapel Methodist Church. She was a Kentucky Colonel and was in the Rotary Club for 33 years, where she received the Paul Harris Fellow award in 2022.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Lisa Wells; and her beloved dog, Joker.
