Mr. Dwight W. “Jack” Sisk, age 75 of Pembroke, passed away at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, November 16, 2024, at his residence. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 2024, at Macedonia Cemetery, 12947 Johnson Mill Road, Crofton, KY with Rev. John Gibson officiating, with burial to follow. Visitation will be Friday, November 22, 2024, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton, KY.
Dwight was born July 3, 1949, in Christian County, KY. He was a mechanic having worked at the Rogers Group in Hopkinsville, KY, and retired from Winn Materials in Clarksville, TN after which he was a self-employed mobile mechanic. Dwight was a U.S. Army veteran who served as a medic and was a Baptist by faith. He was a trained welder and explosive technician. He could work on anything mechanical. In his spare time, he loved to meet with friends at Jackie’s Country Kitchen in Clarksville, TN, he loved to fish and talk to everyone. He is preceded in death by his parents Woodrow Wilson Sisk and Edna Louise West Sisk, his brothers, Albert, Viven, Raymond, Elwood, Lynn, and Johnny Sisk, his sisters Debra “Debbie” Coffman and Patricia Gibson.
He is survived by his brothers Arles Sisk and his wife Lou of Beaver Dam, KY, and Joseph Sisk of Hopkinsville, KY, his sister Betty Wilkerson and her husband Al of Pembroke, KY, his nieces Tammy Handy, Kathy Witzel, Charlene Lamirande, and Christina Sisk, his nephews Anthony, Danny, Jeff, Gary, and Bobby Sisk, John Gibson, Raymond, Jonathan, and Ethan Sisk.
