A Leavenworth, Kansas, man was charged with trafficking drugs after the check of a suspicious vehicle at the Pilot Travel Center on Pembroke Oak Grove Road Sunday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they got out with a van that had an improper registration plate and found the driver, 64-year-old James Reber, who had a bag containing 6 grams of crystal meth.
A pipe used for smoking meth was also reportedly found in the vehicle. He was arrested and charged with trafficking meth, improper registration plate, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
