Two Trigg County first responders were part of a 23-member class that graduated Friday from the Criminal Justice Executive Development Program, an advanced leadership course designed for supervisors of small to medium-sized law enforcement agencies.
Cadiz Police Major Jack Lingenfelter and Trigg County E-911 Supervisor Lori Jenkins completed the four-week, 168-hour program that focuses on identifying, analyzing, and solving problems as well as leadership, personnel administration, operations, fiscal management, executive, and environmental relationships.
To take part in the program, potential students must be supervisors at the rank of sergeant or above. They must apply for entrance into the program and be selected by a committee of program graduates from across the Commonwealth.
