A Hopkinsville man was charged with DUI after a wreck that sent another man to the hospital on Skyline Drive Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say a van driven by Terry Ware was heading towards Fort Campbell Boulevard when he crossed into oncoming traffic and hit an SUV head-on.
After further investigation, police say Ware was arrested and charged with DUI.
The driver of the SUV was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for treatment of injuries.
