House Damaged, Dog Saved In Old Madisonville Road House Fire

A home on Old Madisonville Road was damaged in a fire and a dog was rescued out of the home Tuesday night.

Westside Firefighters say when they arrived smoke was coming from the double-Wide mobile home and a dog was still inside.

The dog was rescued from inside the home and firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire in the ceiling.

No one was injured in the fire and the dog was returned to the homeowner. The home is located at the 7000 block of Old Madisonville Road.
