Desuree Glover, 65, of Ohio

Desuree Peacher Glover, 65, of Ohio, passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2025.

Desuree, the daughter of Jimmie and Elemquis Peacher, was born on May 2, 1959, in Christian Co., KY, and graduated from Hopkinsville High School.

Desuree attended Durrett Avenue Baptist Church and was employed as an Accountant with the Department of Defense for 30 years. She enjoyed collecting recipes and cooking, shopping at Wal-Mart, and traveling. She was mesmerized by the different phases of the moon. She was the glue that kept her family together. She was a devoted mother and loving grandmother.

Desuree was a member of Faith Bible Fellowship in Dayton, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Kearney Peacher, Fenelon Peacher, and LaBlanc Peacher.

Survivors include her children, Olondo Dillard, Sr., Valencia McAllen, and Fred McAllen, Jr.; Siblings, Bettie Williams, Jimmie (Regina) Peacher II, Ronnie Smart, And Zayda Peacher; 5 grandchildren, Olondo Dillard, Jr., Kamren Lewis, Marissah Wood, Kai’Dence McAllen and Kylen Wood; Devoted Friends, Harry Glover, Mechelle Benjamin, Yulonda Stevens, Patty Carver, Frederick McAllen Sr., Damita Maddox, Rhonda Jordan-White and Diane Moran and childhood friend, Pamela Northington Pagen.

Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at noon at the Durrett Avenue Baptist Church.

Burial will follow win the Cave Springs Cemetery.

Visitation will Saturday at 11:00 am at the church.
