Funeral services for 81-year-old Thomas Knight, Jr., of Hopkinsville, will be 1 PM Friday at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
Private burial will follow in the Knight Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 AM until the funeral hour.
Survivors include:
His daughters, Stephanie Knight, of Nashville, Tennessee, Shari (Tim) Cable, of Smyrna, Tennessee, Sheryl (Eddie) Esquilin, of Greenville, South Carolina;
His brothers, Phillip Ray (Terrie) Knight, of Hopkinsville, and Gathial Wayne (Judy) Knight;
His sister, Betty June (JD) Lingenfelter, of Hopkinsville;
His five grandchildren;
And six great grandchildren.
He died of natural causes Monday, February 10, 2025, at Christian Health Center.
He was born August 21, 1943, in Hopkinsville, son of the late Thomas Edgar Knight, Sr. and Bessie Alice Perry Knight.
He was the owner/operator of Knight Refrigeration.
He was a member of Hopkinsville Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, James Roy Knight, his sisters, Mary Ida Ralston, Elizabeth Ann Pendleton, Patsy Ann Robinson, and Sue Alice Knight.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his memory to any charity of your choice.
