Severe Storms And Flood Risk Saturday For Western Kentucky

In addition to the chance for flooding, the National Weather Service in Paducah predicts a risk for severe storms on Saturday.

Senior Forecaster Derrick Snyder says the flooding risk will be from late Friday night into early Sunday.

He adds that even after the rain stops falling, the area rivers will continue to rise in the following days.

As for severe weather, Snyder shares there is a low-end risk for western Kentucky on Saturday afternoon and evening.
