A Goodlettsville man was charged with forgery after an investigation into a forged check at a Pembroke bank Friday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say 63-year-old Fred Keith attempted to cash a forged check.
The bank was able to notify law enforcement, and Keith was quickly arrested and charged with theft by deception, first-degree forgery, and first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
