Thanksgiving Meal

The Challenge House Movement and Edgewood Baptist Church are joining together on Thanksgiving
Day, November 25, 2021, to provide those in need with a fully cooked Thanksgiving dinner (turkey and all the trimmings)!
Our purpose is 3-fold... 1) to work together as one for the Glory of Jesus Christ! 2) to bring together different churches from all backgrounds and races, to form a community wide group that can build a foundation so as one. we can carry the word of God to those who are lost. 3) to glorify God by seeking those that are disabled, senior citizens, homes that need a hand up, and those who have transportation issues with a Thanksgiving Dinner, and a prayer at their door.
We are seeking Churches to join us! Our plan is to bring volunteers from the churches who agree to join us to be included in all aspects of planning, gathering names and addresses of those we will be serving, work together in the preparation and cooking and plating of the meal itself, delivery and prayer with the individual/families, and fundraising.

At this point, we are praying for other community churches to join us. If your church is interested in providing volunteers to help facilitate this Thanksgiving Day program, I will be happy to give a complete planning guide and will do everything I can to explain our goals. Volunteers will be working in 2 hours shifts with the last volunteer gone no later than 2 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. If your organization would like to make
