70th Hopkinsville Rotary Auction

Since 1950, the Hopkinsville Rotary Auction (and its generous community donors) has raised over $11 million to donate to the Hopkinsville Community College Rotary Scholars Program, giving local high school graduates the opportunity to attend HCC tuition-free. This year, in the spirit of #HoptownRotary‘s century of service, the 70th Hopkinsville Rotary Auction — chaired by Scott Cowan — carries a theme of “A Tradition of Service Above Self.”
Scheduled for Sept. 14-19, 2020 at the War Memorial Building (1202 S. Virginia Street) in downtown Hopkinsville, the Rotary Auction will attempt to reach a goal of $300,000. Last year’s Auction raised $330,180.87 for the Scholars program.
The Auction also helps support the Rotary loan program and other youth and education-based efforts in the community. The financial support of our donors not only makes a significant difference in the lives of Christian County students, but it also works to improve the overall quality of the available workforce. Over the years, this annual auction has grown into the largest single fundraiser in all of Rotary International.
