We are selling pork chop sandwich lunches on Friday, October 21st to raise money for Joy Closet! Check, cash or Venmo are the acceptable forms of payment. We are taking orders by Google Form only so please complete the form at the link below! ALL orders are due by October 14th at 5pm!

Businesses/Individuals must purchase 10 or more sandwiches to be eligible for delivery. All orders under 10 will require pickup!
Deliveries and pickups will begin at 10:30am and end at 1:30pm. Pickups will be at the UK 4H Extension Office. 2850 Pembroke Road.
Deliveries will only be made inside the city limits of Hopkinsville
