Christmas For Kids Program

The Hopkinsville Fire Department is happy to once again partner with the Salvation Army for our Christmas For Kids program. Hopkinsville firefighters have been spreading joy and holiday spirit through the Christmas For Kids initiative for over 20 years!

A total of 50 families, chosen by the Hopkinsville Salvation Army, can be assisted through the purchase of requested needs, such as clothing and other essentials. When you commit to adopting a family, you’ll be provided with some basic information about them and a wish list of items.

If you are interested in adopting a local family (businesses are encouraged to adopt, too!), please contact Assistant Chief Chad Sivills at 270-890-1450 or by email at csivills@h-ky.us.

All purchased items, which should remain unwrapped, must be dropped off to the HFD Headquarters (112 Phillip Meacham Way) by 5 p.m. on Friday, December 15th.
