HCCPL- “Once Upon a Time” with Ventriloquist Doug Mickan

Ventriloquist Doug Mickan and his comical cast of characters will present “Once Upon A Time,” at 10 a.m. June 10 at Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library, 1101 Bethel St.
Listen in as Doug and the puppets tell some well-loved fairy tales with some comical twists along the way. Did Jack really like green beans? Should pigs be trusted with architecture? Did Little Red really ride a unicycle to Grandmother’s House? Get ready to laugh out loud as we discover the adventures of reading.
This free event, which is open to all ages, is part of our Summer Reading 2023 programming. This year’s theme is “Fairytales, Folktales and Myths.”
