Squealin’ on the Square

Are you ready to be SWINED AND DINED again this summer? Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation is excited to announce the return of the Squealin’ on the Square —Hopkinsville’s largest BBQ Competition — on Friday, June 4, 2021 in downtown Hopkinsville.
Held in conjunction with June’s Sounds@6 event, Squealin’ on the Square will feature some of the area’s top master grillers, who will be judged for Best Chicken, Best Pork Ribs and Best Pork Chops. Visitors can also purchase samples of the cooked items and help decide the coveted Fan Favorite Award!
Cash prizes will be given to the winner of each category, judged by some hungry helpers who will be casting the deciding votes.
There is a limit of 10 grill teams, so visit www.HoptownRec.com to register your Squealin’ squad.
