Thru the Eyes of a Child Exhibit -Charles Alvin Lisanby Gallery

This summer exhibit of our youngest Artists work was thought out over several months. My goal was to raise a little money for the Art Guild and, more importantly, get paint brushes in the hands of our children and allow them to create a show telling us what love, peace, kindness, hope, courage and strength mean to them through art.
Seventy- nine young Artists (14 months – 13 years of age) donated a 6×6 canvas of their artwork to our summer fundraising event!
Each piece of artwork is $15. When you make a purchase, the child who painted the piece gets a one-year membership to the Guild House. That means they can paint other pieces and sell them in our members gallery throughout the year. How great is that?
All 79 young artists have their name in a basket for give-a-ways throughout the exhibit as well.
Each young Artist has been individually highlighted on the Princeton Art Guild,Inc Facebook page and the Thru the Eyes of a Child event page with photos of their artwork.
Two special events are planned for this show! Friday evening, July 22nd, 6-8pm, we will be open for a special evening reception for the show. Light refreshments will be available. We will close the show with an evening event on Wednesday, August 31st, 2022, 6-8pm where light refreshments will be available and anyone who has purchased a piece from the show can pick it up during this time.
