Guidelines for being a recipient: Must be a Trigg County resident and 0-12 year of age
An application may be completed in person (COVID-19 screening will be required to enter the Ambulance building) or by phone by calling (270)-522-5555.
Donations can be dropped off at the Ambulance Service at 40 Hospital St.  Or call to arrange pick-up.
Mail in donations can be sent to PO Box 652, Cadiz, KY 42211
Check made out to Trigg County EMS TOYS FOR TOTS
Distribution date is December 19^th between 9 & noon at 65-B Main St.
